Age Requirement
You may only use this Site and make purchases if you are 21 years or over.
Order and Pick Up Information
Wine pick-ups require an adult 21 years or older at the time of delivery. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits their right to receive the order until identification is produced.
Return /Exchange Policy
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We may request that the customer show us the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement and a copy of the purchase receipt. Please contact us at joneswinery@jonesfamilyfarms.com for assistance. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at joneswinery@jonesfamilyfarms.com.
